30-day peace of mind returns policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. We understand that sometimes products just don't meet your expectations, so we don't ask any questions and don't require any explanation. We want you to feel comfortable with your purchase, so you can shop with peace of mind.
To start the returns process, simply contact our customer service team via the following form and we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. You can then return the product in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days (usually sooner).
Please note that personalized or engraved items are non-refundable, as they are designed and made specifically for you.
