Lower overheads:

Many high street brands have high overhead costs, such as rent, advertising and employee salaries. These costs are passed on to the customer in the form of higher prices. SMEs or online retailer like us has lower overheads, allowing us to pass on the savings to our customers.

Direct-to-consumer model:

We have adopted a direct-to-consumer model through our own dedicated website, removing the need for resellers. By eliminating the need for retail partners and their associated markups, direct-to-consumer brands can offer high-quality products at a competitive price point. 

Branding and marketing costs:

High Street brands invest heavily in branding and marketing to create a certain image or appeal to a certain demographic, which can drive up the cost of their products. As we’re a smaller online retailer we don’t see the need to invest as much in branding and marketing. Again, this allows us to offer a great price via our dedicated e-commerce store.
